Got it yesterday. Exactly what I expected. Looks good, feels strong, fits perfectly. Also everything that came with it (a storage bag, a cable and a lock). I hope (actually, I believe) it will do well over time and various weather conditions. For now I am very satisfied.

Bought this cover for my Suzuki Burgman Executive scooter. I am always a little Leary of buying "one size fits all" type items, but this cover fits very well. The cover has bungee cord with hooks and eyelets in the right places pre installed, so if you plan on using it on a windy day it'll stay put. I even added a larger "Clearview" windscreen to my scooter and the cover still fits very well. Very nice item ! Comes with cable lock and storage bag also. I use this cover strictly while my scooter is in the garage to keep the dust off it, so I can't speak to any water resistant properties it may have. But, again, as covers go, this is a good buy for the money. I would recommend this to my friends , I would also purchase one again.
