This is an intelligently designed gazebo replacement canopy top cover for most standard 10' x 10' two-tiered gazebos. This 10' x 10' durable polyvinyl top cover has a two-tier ventilated top construction. The top tier measures 36" x 36". The opening of the bottom tier is 25" x 25". When I ordered the replacement canopy I thought it would take a while to receive but it came right away. I had no trouble installing the canopy and it looks great! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I thought it would be thicker.

I received this item quicker than expected. I was a little surprised to see that it was green. It does say its green in the main description but in the product details it says it Tan, which is what I wanted. I decided to risk it, and its GREEN! However, its a much better quality material than the tan ones I've gotten before, and so I'm sure it will hold up much longer.All in all its a great replacement cover for the money.

We were hoping for canopy material that was somewhat heavier than what we received. Some of the stitching is loose at some of the tabs and daylight shines through.

It works good.I had to make a few adjustments due to the top being to big but it works fine.

The canopy fit my gazebo fine but the quality of the material was a little less than expected. It's thinner than I thought it would be and the straps for securing it aren't very durable.

Ordered a replacement Gazebo top from expectsavings, through Amazon. It was very cheaply made and did not fit my frame, at all. It was kind of a pain to return; as in it took forever to get the deal done. My account was credited, which is a good thing. I would not recommend this replacement gazebo top to anyone.

I bought this canopy hoping it would work on my existing frame. The frame I had was from a different maker and with a few minor alterations to the tube lengths the canopy fit perfect. It appears well made and so far has proven to be very durable. The canopy stays up from late May to late October and has survived numerous midwestern thunderstorms. The end flaps provide additional shade we did not get when using the silver tarps. I am pleased with the product, it is fair to say it has exceeded my expectations.
This replacement canopy has been specifically designed for the Sunjoy Sean Conway Tiverton 10' x 12' gazebo. This replacement canopy will fit only this particular gazebo type. Please check your gazebo specifications to make sure this gazebo has been manufactured by Sunjoy. The canopy part number is: G-GZ107PST (DPCI #009050454). This replacement canopy is lined with metal hooks around the perimeter to hook onto the metal frame of this gazebo. This product includes only the top, the side curtain netting is not included.

The gazebo cover did fit, however the hooks were slightly thicker than the original. I drilled the holes larger on the frame to accommodate the new hooks which took no time at all. I had previously called the manufacturer and discovered this particular cover is a discontinued item, so I am thankful I was able to find a replacement. This sure beat having to buy a new gazebo.

I bought the canopy. The problem was black smudges on the canopy. The company will not give a full refund even though we recieved the item with the black smudges. So not only did we have to pay shipping both ways, we also only recieved a partial refund.
Haven't checked the second canopy yet for smudges.

I was pleased to find a web site that offers replacement tops although I would prefer a better quality of fabric. The gazebo itself is an item that will hold up year after year but the tops will not. I know it will be more costly to provide a real quality top and customer would more than likely not want to pay for the quality. I would however like to pay more for a better quality.

Does not fit correctly

I have several other reviews and I saw that a number of people said the cover did not fit properly. I thought, (incorrectly it turns out), that they had probably ordered to wrong series. Checking the serial number of the original I found that I needed a series 1 top. I ordered it and found that the other reviewers were correct. It did not fit. It was a good 3 or 4 inches shy and yes I did make sure I had it the right way around as it is 12 x 10 inches. I finally got the idea of releasing the original tension on the top support spider thereby lowering the top the needed 3 or 4 inches. I did get all the clips hooked, (except for the one that broke off during the initial try), and as another review stated, it is VERY tight. I got nearly five years out of the original top, but I am afraid that this one will not last that long. The tension on the fabric is just too great.
So, to conclude, if you get one of these tops, be aware that you are in for a struggle to get it installed.

OEM top is $79 ($94 with s/h), they say it takes 3-4 wks. I got my last one in 2 wks.
I just ordered my 2nd replacement top (Part# G-GZ107PST). The sun/wind here in the south takes it's toll on them.
